Open Access Statement- Journal of Computer and Information Technology
By
open to the literature, it means free availability on the public internet,
permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link
to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data
to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal
or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the
internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the
only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over
the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and
cited.
Journal
of Computer and Information Technology (Ultra Scientist) (JUCIT) an international journal
of Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology from Bhopal India started in 2010 has
been advanced to open access by becoming open access journal.
The
entire JUCIT publisher team is committed and in favour of The Budapest Open
Access Initiative February 14, 2002 Budapest Hungary.
We
invite governments, universities, libraries, journal editors, publishers,
foundations, learned societies, profession associations and individual who
share our vision to join us in the task of removing the barriers to open access
and building a future in which research and education in every part of the
world are much more free to flourish.
